Risk and Property
where the goods were shipped to port, on the recommendation of the customer,  prepaid and secured by charge on the invoice, the customer assumes the entire risk and  cost of the delivery of goods to the carrier from its warehouses . Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must satisfy themselves that the packaging is intact and the amount and quality correspond to the items described in the accompanying document (DDT). In case of any difference this should be reported on this document and confirmed within seven days by fax or registered mail to BAXIN SHOP . If the goods ordered are not satisfactory the customer must notify BAXIN SHOP within seven days of receipt. Any hidden defects must be reported in writing by fax or registered mail. Any alteration of the above terms, will not be 'taken into consideration. The customer assumes responsibility for the veracity of the statement.

Orders
Orders are accepted only in writing or by fax, or via the Internet (on line). The customer sends the order via the Internet and will receive at the end of the procedure, a statement of confirmation of the order,  by electronic mail (E-mail), giving the order number.  If after sending the order, this email does not arrive within 1 working day , the customer must assume that for all legal purposes as well as for accounting, and administration the order has not been sucessful.

Prices
All prices shown on the site, in the column shall be construed to include taxes and VAT. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payments
The goods must be paid with credit card, paypal or bank transfer.
Unless other conditions to be agreed in writing with BAXIN SHOP.
